I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

the center bar can be removed making 2 sides and the center bar, for storage. It requires 4 wing nuts to take it apart.
what do u think about it? i think it s perfect as a standart power rack for bench and incline presses, deadlifts.
but it seems u cant do squats and shoulder barbell presses.

but if there s no space for a stable power rack . this can be a good option.

If you know what you are doing you could modify it to work for squats......

but how? in fact they said they can modify it as i want. for example they can make rear 2 posts longer.but i m doubtful if it will be portable and it will be safe?
i know that when starting a squat u must be standing. starting as crouching can be dangerous. i didnt see anyone starting a sqyat crouching
i want your suggestions
thanks
