I've been able to do ~14 on the first set from the beginning and apart from being able to touch the bar easier (that's mostly due to better flexibility thanks to doing shoulder dislocations) I haven't improved at all. I saw some people were switching over to barbell rows and I want to the do the same. I just want to know when doing BBR should I do 3x5 (3 sets like IR, or 5x5 (like the rest of the barbell exercises)?

Don't do this. Always squat first. Even if you might not feel tired by doing them, you'll still be left with less energy to put into your squats.
Do not mess with the order of the exercises. Read the e-book!

I know but i hate IR so much. To get them out of the way is the best feeling in the world.
