Well said rere - worthy of adding this to the signature or someplace similar.If we stick with a program we will make gains, the road is still rough though and there will always be an upset somewhere, but if we stay true to ourselves we can make good gains and see through the bad times.

The squat is a hell of a lift, isn't it? I was just telling someone at badminton tonight about the feeling of your whole body working to push that much weight with perfect form... There is nothing like it.
