I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Thought I'd pass this along. http://www.military.com/military-fitnes ... gym-in-bag
It's not reisitance bands but it does allow for a complete body weight exercise program and doesn't take up much room. you can also find info at fitnessanywhere.com. Looks like it would be a great gym to carry when you go vagabonding.

Thanks for the article, I had just been wondering how to add weight to my push ups without dragging more stuff into the house.
We shall reap, if we faint not!

Great post Mehdi. This is a topic that has been discussed briefly here and there amongst other articles and forum threads, but nothing to this length or detail. This puts it altogether and I believe it is a topic of interest for many people. Thanks a bunch!

1 more product from Lifeline USA : http://www.lifelineusa.com/products/pow ... p-2&detail

xsinner, TRX really look nice to me..also there are similar product like Jungle gym from Lifeline USA and Universal strength Apparatus from bodyweight Culture. Now If you want a Gym in a bag what all would you put in it ?

Mine list would be:
1. Jungle Jym for Pullups, Dips, Suspended Pushup, core work.
2. Chest expander or Bands set for replacing cable system, pushups and rehab.
3. Skipping rope for conditioning.
4. Grippers

I can not buy this stuff in India, but will be travelling to US next week so should be able to setup my gym in a bag :)
