But they are hard and I will keep them in my routine. Toughest part is finding room to do them in a crowded gym. When you are 6'4" you need quite a bit of space to do burpees. hehe
He wasn't happy with those at all. But he worked through them...for the most part. His burpees left a little bit to be desired, but he'll get there.


Order was overhead, squat, chin-ups, deadlift. Squats felt real heavy, but again I am attributing it to doing overhead first.
