Squat - 130 lbs. 5/5/5/5/5
Overhead - 70 lbs. 5/5/5/5/5
Deadlift - 165 lbs. 5/
Pull Ups - 3/2/1
Comments: Pull ups were weak this morning. It was mostly mental as I had to use a machine that allows you to do weight assisted pull ups/dips. It is really low to the ground for someone my size, so I didn't start off in my normal hanging position. Like I said, I think it was mostly mental though.
