I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Anyone experience any finger growth such that rings no longer fit?

I'm about 6 weeks into 5x5 and I just picked up my wedding ring at the jeweler. Its tight! I got fitted for it about 2 months ago.

Come to think of it, do you married guys take off your rings when you lift? You must, right?

I would never wear a ring when lifting. Not good for your grip and not good for the ring since you are gripping the knurled part of the bar. You especially wouldn't want to wear a ring when a hot chick was in the gym watching you lift  ...

What honey...I didn't know that you were watching me send this post. I'm just kidding. You know that. Awww honey... the couch again ? :(

i don't wear my ring while working out, and 70% of the time I forget to put it back on. My wife has stated time after time for me to just not bother with it anymore... she is pretty cool about it.

I've been taking off my ring when I lift because any pull exercises got REALLY uncomfortable. Also yeah, this ring used to fit my ring finger, but now almost fits on my pinky, which I think is pretty cool.

No experience with finger growth but i do take it off when lifting because of the bar pulling on it.
