    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Stats
Squat x 5: 270
Deadlift x 5: 315
Bench Press x 5: 225
Overhead Press x 5: 145

Goals: I want to get down to 10% bodyfat. Get my bench to 350, squat to 600, deadlift to 725, and overhead press to 315.

First day on Bill Starr 5x5, felt pretty good, weights feel a little light, especially the bent-over rows, but i'll get up there.

Squat x 5: 120 lbs, 150 lbs, 180 lbs, 215 lbs, 245 lbs
Bench Press x 5: 100 lbs, 130 lbs, 155 lbs, 180 lbs, 210 lbs
Bent Over Barbell Row x 5: 60 lbs, 75 lbs, 90 lbs, 110 lbs, 125 lbs
Weighted Hypers
Weighted Situps
