I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hey all, i'm Rob and 23 from Northants, UK.

Heres the start of my training log, i will confess however that i have been doing stronglifts 5x5 for about 4 months already as i didn't realise there was a forum on the website. Just picked the routine off the web tried it and liked it, so thought i would post my stats.

Currently lifting

Squat 120kg for 5x5
Deadlift 145kg for 1x5
Overhead Press 42.5kg for 5x5
Bench press 75kg for 5x5
Dips 25kg for 5x5
Pull ups (BW Reps) 5,4,4 (i'm pretty useless at these, not sure why though)
Incline Rows (BW Reps) 16,12,10

My current goals are, to achieve by xmas, i set them when i started the program.

Squat 130kg for 5x5
Deadlift 150kg for 1x5
Bench press 80kg for 5x5
Overhead Press 50kg for 5x5

I would also like to lose a bit more body fat currently at 14%. I have found the eating/diet the hardest aspect of all with regard to the training. I try to eat sufficient calories to gain muscle but i just seem to get fat which is really annoying as i have a very good diet. I am probably classed on the small side as i weigh 75kg and am 5ft 10inches tall, i would love to get a bit bigger but not at the expense of gaining fat.

Will try to update my log as much as possible
