I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Good job on the OHP, that lift is a killer! Are you eating enough to continue gaining weight?

Not really, as I've been doing not much else than sitting down and trying to study, my appetite is not high. I even lost 2kg, but that got me into eating enough to at least maintain the weight. I want to to a month of GOMAD at the beginning of september, hopefully bumping up the weight 7-8kg.

Yesterday:
chinups(+5) 6-6-5
DL46kg 2x5
HLR 4-4-4
50sec plank

Today:
chinups(+5kg) 6-6
(+10kg) 10 (paradoxically, it seemed easier to do 10 with 10kg more than 6 with 5kg more????)
(bw) 6
DL 46 2x5
OHP 40kg (I wanted to improve form, last time was barely acceptable. With good form it was a bit harder, and almost didn't succeed the last reps)

Back on SL5x5. I'm taking a week with lower weights to get used to it again.
Squatting right was hard, It seems my muscles around the groin and leg area were very tight and it was as if I had to 'break trough' them to squat to the bottom.

SQ:44kg 5x5 (form not too good, tightness)
BP: 58kg 5x5 (easy, no prob, even with 90s rest)
inv row: 10-10-8
pushups: 15-15-10
chinups: 5-5-5
