I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Todays workout
Squat 5/5/5/5/5 235lbs
Over Head Press 5/5/5/5/5 130lbs
Pullup/chinup  5/7/4

Cut my workout due to my oldest getting a "super citizen" award at school so I was short on time.
Im having trouble adding to my overhead press and am lost on what to do.
Squats are going well again and the knees are feeling better on my off days.
thought for the day is...."bananas are cheap" (58 cents per pound)

Nice squats man that is a good accomplishment. The oh press is tough I stalled at 50lbs that would be my second workout with it. I got past that though and did 55lbs with out to much of a problem battle through it and you will get it.

Keep adding, you'll be ok. Oh press is tough exercise, it's normal.
Did you do pull-ups or chin-ups?

What do you think of doing pull-ups for 3 sets one workout, then chin-ups for 3 sets the other workout?

I think you should alternate pull-ups & chin-ups every workout

I think we should see if HR will get us wobble boards for our desks and a power rack for the gym.

That squat is killer, especially for your size. I can't wait to get up to 255, let alone whatever weight is proportionately compareable to my own size.
As for halp... sorry man, I've thrown out my workout customizations in favor of listening to mehdi. What form issues have you had? You don't have the benefit of having workout partners so maybe take some video with your camera?
