Hmm, odd one this. My sex drive has always been pretty high. Now it's virtually non existant. I'm wondering whether it's anything to do with the weights, nutrition etc as I'm just too tired to be interested by the time I go to bed with the missus. I'm still fine on saturday mornings etc after a lie in, just the rest of the week I don't have the interest any more. My gf also went through a period of having a lower sex drive than normal due to stress at work, which has coincided with my dropoff (luckily or not, I don't know) so I've thought it may just be a response to her lack of interest, but I want to sort it out anyway. I'm 29, following the sl5x5 routine. Diet mon-thurs is 3 egg cheese ommellete breakfast, salad plus 3 chicken legs lunch, vegetables and 500grams meat dinner. Fri-Sun I eat what I like within reason - normally eating out and drinking. I've lost some fat recently which is good, and the sex drive reduced before that anyway.
Any thoughts or tips would be gratefully received...
