I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

how many guys here either shave or trim their underarms and groin area - testicles, inner folds of the ass cheeks, and pubes ?

I want to start trimming my underarms, but I am not too sure if many guys do it or not.

I trim my pubes and testicle and ass cheeks hair too, but I was wondering if anyone here shaves their testicles instead of trimming.

Trimming body hair is fine, but you must be a very brave and capable man if you're seriously considering taking a razor blade to your scrotum.

Thats what I plan on doing. But the testes need to be shaved I think, because I don't know if girls like hair in the mouth. Maybe a close trim.

Do you ask them to lick your armpits too? Tell me what the logic behind shaving your armpits is, I'm trying to understand you here.

LOL.

You misunderstand, mehdi. Or maybe I did a horrible job of communicating.

I was thinking about trimming my armpits, cos the excess hair kinda looks ugly and makes me sweat much more than when I have shorter hair.

You know, I thought very carefully before reading this thread in case there were some very non-work-safe pictures. I'm glad there are no pics, but I'm still feeling like maybe I should have stayed out...

Trimming is the way to go. Having a mane in your pants isn't the most attractive thing in the world, but bare skin isn't necessarily a turn-on either. As for underarms, I trim them slightly every so often, but not very much. I definitely wouldn't shave completely though - my girlfriend said if I ever did that she'd feel like she was with a preteen boy haha :D

I shave my crotch, arm pits and arse. I'm not a very hairy person elsewhere though. Much nicer having smooth balls and crack tbh, seems a lot cleaner.

I get fairly sweaty sometimes, and less hair seems to = less sweat, and when you do sweat it doesn't just gunk up the hairs. Which is disgusting. I use mitchum roll on anti persp deoderant, (awesome), and it's much easier to apply to skin.

Having hair on your arm pits doesn't make you manly. It's more about the lats, shoulders, bis, chest, tris that can be seen next to the arm pits.

For the record i do it with a modern razer, i forget the name, the one with the hair trimmer on the end. It's impossible to cut your balls whilst shaving, or at least i've never done it, i think it's because you don't have to shave your balls in a particular direction. Whereas crotch and face must be shaved in the direction of growth.

Edit: That's right, i said it, all of you with a hairy arse probably smell. Of poo.

Nah i shave in the bath, the water acts as a good lubricant so your never going to cut yourself. I've seen the "shave like your grandad" thread, i wouldn't use 1 of them blades mind you.

I've wondered how possible it is to wax a ballsack, but i do have my doubts there. *Googles*

I use this, and before this i just used 1 without the fancy hair trimmer. It was my understanding that you can't cut yourself with a razer even if you don't use water, so presumably you'd be fine.
