I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

What does your diet consist of now? How soon do you want to weigh 200lbs?

Spend some time going through the forum a bit and you'll find all kinds of great information. There's FAQ's at the start of every sub-forum that have a lot of information within them. I would start there, look for things that you don't understand, then ask a more specific question that pertains to your particular situation.

Well I want to weight maybe before the end of the year but atm I want to increase strength then start cutting, so I was wondering whther to leave it untill i start stalling then pull GOMAD out of the bag and hopefully continue to make progress

The question really isn't if, but rather when you should start. My friend is wrestling with the same decision. He's starting to struggle with his lifts, as he hasn't been eating enough up to now. I've gotten him to eat more and start drinking some milk, but he is hesitant to go whole-hog (or whole-cow in this case).

I've basically told him to see what more food does for him, and save the gallon for when it gets really tough. But that is because I am there to tell him when he needs to hit the bottle. You are on your own, so I would err on the side of caution and start soon. Add a liter and see how that helps. Then you can add more progressively.

The above is moot if we don't see what your diet looks like now.

Thanks, i was thinking the same and an example diet of mine would be
3 egg omelete and veggies
peanut butter sandwich
tuna and mixed veg
cottage cheese and apple
milk and banana
chicken and rice and veggies
cottage cheese and milk

I am going to start increasing carbs first and save the GOMAD for when i start stalling on my bench press.
