OK so the thing is that i had a surgery 'cause my acromio-clavicular joint was cut. And my clavicle was dislocated.

I started SL 5x5 and i did perform cleans instead of Rows. THat night i felt pain in my injuried shoulder, so the next day i put the weight off, the cleans were much more easier, but the pain didn't stop.

Should i change back to Rows? Should i put the weight way down and perform more reps? (since i want the joint to get stronger).

ANyway do guys have any advice for me to get rid of this m*th*r F***ing injury?

sounds like you had a major correction through surgery. i would say do rows till you can find a pro input cause pain is not good.
