Hi guys. Last week, at thursday I woke up with a big pain in my front shoulder. It was probably from the pull-ups but I'm not sure. Since then I can't bare the pain on overhead, only the bar is a problem now (I lift 60kg 5x5). What to do? Squat are fine, deadlift is a little week but my shoulder doesn't hurt as much as it does while overhead or bench-pressing.
