I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Squat 5x5 - 75kg
military press - 30kg 5x5
deadlift 80kg 5x5 (gona do 70kg next time as my form was poor on this i feel)
Lat pull down machine 80kg 3x8 (I know im supposed to do pull ups/chin ups but this is a 1 off as someone was using the pull up part of the gym)
Tricep pull downs 35kg 3x8
Crunch 25,20,15

Workout was amazing today. Feel i've nailed squat form, only problem is on deadlift. I took NO Xplode for the first time and my workout was simly amazing. i recommend it to anyone.

You're doing a lot of deadlifts Shox. Do you think your deadlift form problems are fundamental technique issues or derived from fatigue?

It's got NO and creatine in it, and just sorta gives u a pump in the gym. U take it before u work out and it makes ur workouts so much better (in my opinion) http://www.bodyactive-online.co.uk/Shop ... xplode.asp

Your making excellent progress on your squats, its a great feeling knowing you have nailed the squats. Looks like your bench has a bit of away to go before you start stalling as well, keep it up, great work.

Strange you say that I have the same issue with bench, I usually hit a certain weight, then bang, I just cant get past it, its bloody annoying.
