I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

quick question, how do you weight yourself for the press ups? Getting over 5kg for me requires 2 plates and it's hard to keep them in place. Do you use a backpack or something?

Your doing great with your squats, keep it up. Its great having a spotter, one thing I miss with working out at home is that I dont have a spotter (unless I ask the misses  ), Its annoying when you get to the 5 rep, and your not sure if you can do it or not, so you got no choice but to give it up. :x

Shox, have you failed on the squat before? Or has it been a steady climb up to where you are now?

Strangely enough i havn't failed yet. I've deloaded once to work on my form but apart from that it's been smooth sailing, i've failed on OHP and Bench a few times though

All the people I know in the gym comment how I'm there all the time, and yet I still got this big fat belly. Maybe they think I hang out by the coffee and snack table too much! lol.
