    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. COuldnt squat today so ill be aiming for the big 90 wednesday, but had a good session nonetheless
Bench 5x5 60kg
Inverted rows
Pressups 10, 5, 5 +15kg
Crunches
Various ab work

Todays session, was tough:
Squat 90kg 5x5 (This was very very tough)
Military Press 32.5kg 5x5 (glad i made it, but the last rep almost didnt go up!)
Deadlift 1x80g (forgot to add weight, ha, fairly easy)
3 sets of pullup negatives
3 sets of crunches

light jog in evening (about 20-30 mins)

Nice workout Shox! I'll bet 80g was light as hell...didn't know they made weights that small! :lol: :mrgreen:

Never know till you try, and even if you do fail, it's still a PR cuz you've never lifted that much weight before. Then it's just a matter of adding more reps until you can add more weight.

Bollocks, your only 4.5 kg of my PR, will have to attempt a PR tomorrow, cant see it happening tho, and Im on holiday next week, so no workouts, might be your chance to overtake me.

UPDATE.
Squat 5x5 - 92.5kg :)
Bench - went completely wrong because i had to wait so long for a bednch and did dumbells and fgatigued my chest, ill go for 62.5kg again next session
Inverted rows
Push ups +15kg
Preacher curls

Bench was annoying, but happy im still progressing on squat :) 100kg is looking nearer
