I've followed some advice on how to power clean properly, but couldn't manage the weights I did last session.

I've been working on depth since my Tuesday session. I've been half squatting like a fool for a few weeks. Every month or so I come across a video or article and say to myself, "Get them squats deeper!" I usually do, but then they creep higher and higher after a while as I do more weights. It's a defense mechanism I've got from not using a cage or squat rack for months and months.
I had some fool doing power cleans no more than a meter behind me while I was squatting! I had to jump over the safety rails to get in and out between sets! Jeez.

No spotter, couldn't be bothered. The bench is for idiots anyways, haha.
DL-70kg x5, 120kg x5, 130kg x2, 160kg x1, 170kgx1, 180kg fail, 180kg x1!
I seem to not be able to get the bar off the ground when I really push the DL the first time; but if I storm around and get pissed off, I can usually get it off the ground. I ripped off a couple of callouses on the final lift, which was a good enough excuse for me not to add any more weight (not that I'd be able to haha).
