Hey guys. I'm Sorim. I owe you guys a 4-week old introduction xP. I was browsing the web for tips and/or programs to help me get my muscles back from my months and months of slacking and sitting on my butt all day long, and I found this amazing website. I've been on this program for only 4 weeks and I gotta say that it's working its magic very well and very quickly. While my weight remains the same, the change in my muscle mass and definition is more than noticeable. In 4 weeks, I've gotten a lot closer to where I last left off than I would have ever expected. This program re-lit my desire to catch back up and keep on progressing. So Thank you Medhi!
