I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Kevin Levrone steroids and no steroids. Although in all fairness, he gave up weightlifting while pursuing an acting career.

He's back into training again but says he doesn't have plans to compete. He says he's natural now and here's a link to his website where you can follow his training routine.

I don't get the idea of spending money on steroids, eating expensive supplements, training like mad then losing 60-80% of the gains! Then training without roids, then abusing them again, cycle on cycle off! I might try them for kicks but after 5 years of dedicated/regular training. I have 0 experience and I don’t want to fall flat on my face trying serious drugs without knowing the basics.
