I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Something wrong with Lower Left leg while squatting

Very dissappointing to have something wrong with my pride n joys, for the past couple of weeks I've had a tingling weakness in my left lower leg.

When I do the squat stretch (hands clasped together, breaking parralell, bodyweight), there's a weak feeling below the knee, like my shin, or hamstring is hurting, literally the whole of that lower leg just feels like one big weakspot. When I squat I utilize really good hip drive to come back up, but with this niggling issue, the power of that drive is weakend with the left leg playing up.

What's strange is that I can do my current work weights (65k-85k) fine, it's only when I warm up and practice bodyweight squats, and live life normally that when I bend down in the squat position something on that left lower leg is hurting / twinging. The right leg is fine?!

I've not done nothing out of the ordinary, and it doesn't seem to be going away. I am resting for 7 days as I feel pretty beat up all around (which is weird after 2 weeks training), Im hoping this will be cleared up naturally. Dont know why it would hurt in that area.
