I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess
today: squats 160 lbs 3x5 felt solid, ready for 165 Bench press 110 lbs 3x5, a little tough, maybe try and get a spotter for 115 Deadlift 175 1x5, grip didnt feel so great dips 3x5 +5 lbs
decided to push it today, mostly because i couldnt find the 2.5 lbs plates lol.
Squats: 165 lbs these were tough i think i'll try them again before i move onto 170 OH press: 75 lbs success but these were tough Chinups: 17.5 lbs + BW 5,4,3 better than last time Rows: 95 lbs. struggled a little bit on the last reps
i reread starting strength and was inspired to deload my squats to perfect the form. squats. 155 3x5, felt pretty good. ready for 160 bench press 120 lbs 5, 4, 3 should do much better next time deadlifts 185 1x5 solid dips 3x5 + 15 lbs

Keep on truckin mate, your doing well. I still read starting strength from time to time myself. It's always good to refresh yourself with correct technique.

squats. 170 3x5, felt pretty good. ready for 175 remember to sit into the motion. bench press 120 lbs 5, 5, 4 so close. still dont want to let a spotter anywhere near the bar. deadlifts 195 1x5. try and recruit more legs. dips 3x5 + 17.5 lbs random planks
squats. 180 3x5, felt pretty good. focused on hip drive and looking forward and down instead of just forward. bench press 120 lbs 5, 4, 4 some screwy shit going on... next time for sure. deadlifts 200 1x5. need to reread SS chapter on this. dips 3x5 + 20 lbs
Squats: 185 lbs. need to shove ass out more. bench press 120 lbs. PR Deadlift 205 lbs 1x4 was lame need to shove ass out more here also. Dips BW +23 lbs.
Squats: 190 lbs shove ass out more. OH press: 85 lbs 4,4,4 F&*#kin shit man. don't know why i couldnt get this one. Pullups 3x5 Rows: 105 lbs. solid. want to learn power cleans, maybe this year at college.
Squats: 195 lbs. felt pretty good, struggled on the very last rep. PR bench press 125 lbs. PR struggled on the last rep. PR Deadlift 205 lbs 1x5 form still ugly, needs work, but a PR nonetheless Dips BW +25 lbs. tough. PR
