    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

OH press: 85 lbs 5,5,3 fuckin bs man. gonna deload.
Chinups- 25 lbs. 3,4,3
Rows: 110 lbs. solid.

Squats: 200 lbs 5,5,4 wasnt staying rigid enough on the very last set, didnt feel comfortable, racked. nail it for sure next time. rest of the sets were perfect.
bench press 130 lbs. PR ready for 1 plate
Deadlift 205 lbs 1x5 :| form still ugly, needs work,
Dips BW +25 lbs. ready for 27.5

Pullups: 5.5.5
Rows: 105 lbs. strict form.

Squats: 205 lbs pretty good. bodyweight is currently 140. this means i am 5 lbs under a 1.5x bw squat
bench press 135 lbs. struggled. 4,3,3
Deadlift 215 lbs 1x4 :| form still ugly, needs work,
Dips BW +30 lbs. 5,5,4

first workout in my college gym. pretty cool. dip belt is a nice touch and plates are rubber so they arent too noisy.

Squats: 205 lbs. form was decent
OH press: 80 lbs deloading
Chinups: 4, 3, 1 + 25 lbs on a dip bar.
Rows: 105 lbs. need to find a way to elevate the bar.


1.5x bw squat approaching. need to get a better DL and bench press.

alright so i got sick with some sort of flu - like sickness. (swine flu?) idk but anyways i was out of commision for like 2 weeks. so now i am returning.

here is yesterdays workout.

Squats: 185 felt alright. think my stance may be too wide.
bench press 120 lbs. struggled. 5,4,4
Deadlift 205 lbs 1x5 :| form still ugly, needs work,
Dips BW +15 lbs. 5,5,4

a little disappointed by my large strength decreases. i have been eating very well for the time that ive been sick.

Should be back up there in no time though.

fridays workout was shit.

my squats were like 190 lbs for 4, 3, 3 or something
OH press 70 lbs 3x5
Barbell rows 95 3x5
Chinups + 15 lbs 5, 4, 4

i havent not gotten the full 3x5 on my squats in so long. bullshit. ima conquer that 190 today.

re-defeated the 190 lb squat.
Squats 190 3x5
Bench 120 3x5 and the 120 lb bench.
Deadlift 205 lbs 1x5
Dips + 25 lbs 5,5, 4

pretty solid overall.

Chinups + 15 lbs 4, 3, 3 need to be more persistent with these

had a programming assignment that took the entire day of friday. bullshit.

did fridays routine today, going to resume as normal on monday.

Squats: 205 lbs. solid till the very last rep. remember to keep abs tight.
OH press: 80 lbs 3x5 solid.
Pullups + 7 lbs 4, 4, 4 need to be more persistent with these
Rows: 105 lbs. 3x5 repeated these... need to remember to check the training log before i go.
