alright so i got sick with some sort of flu - like sickness. (swine flu?) idk but anyways i was out of commision for like 2 weeks. so now i am returning.
here is yesterdays workout.
Squats: 185 felt alright. think my stance may be too wide.
bench press 120 lbs. struggled. 5,4,4
Deadlift 205 lbs 1x5

form still ugly, needs work,
Dips BW +15 lbs. 5,5,4
a little disappointed by my large strength decreases. i have been eating very well for the time that ive been sick.
Should be back up there in no time though.
