I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Squats: 215 lbs. remember to keep abs tight. if not feeling 100% might redo this. PR
OH press: 85 lbs 5, 5, 4 felt a sharp pain in my neck during the second set. Not sure what caused this will have to reevaluate technique. Without this incident i am certain i could have made sets of 5. still the best ive done with 85 lbs though.
Chinups + 17 lbs 5, 4, 3 accidentally raised the weight on these too early.
Rows: 115 lbs. 3x5 PR

Great going stresscheese, keep it up.
Rere's training log II
The squat, press, deadlift, and bench press have been used for decades by the strongest athletes on the planet. There is good reason for that. Any program that doesn’t use them is inferior to one that does.
