I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Co-worker, during lunch break: "Why is your screen full of shots of mostly naked men?"
Me: "It's a strength training site."
Co-worker: "Uhuh."
Me: "I work out. This is an educational site."
Co-worker: "Suuuuure it is. How much have you learned about the guy posing in his jockey shorts?"

Good thing the muscles are showing through enough to back me up ;)

At least it's not as bad as carrying around a copy of this:

I actually saw a copy of that in the check out line at the grocery store and wondered how they stay in business.
The bands won’t make you squat big; check between your legs before you change anything. It takes more than a band to make you squat. -Chuck Vogelpohl

You don't want to know how to get huge at home?

The site will eventually be ad-free, no more google adsense. Meanwhile patience, need to build other streams of income.

This is why I don't use an ad-blocker on the site. I do occasionally follow the ads and don't want to cut off that small earner.

For the Abercrombie and Fitch models.
Stats:
Bench: 97kg
Squat: 112kg
Deadlift: 117kg
OHP: 55kg
Dips: 40kg
Pull-ups: 22kg

The deadlift is not dead; size is dead without it.
