I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Thanks for posting KIB. Just got mine today too. Got 2 sizes L, I thought I ordered M. L is too big :( Will wash it a few times, hope it shrinks a little.

I saw the coupon code, but there are no long sleeve t-shirts available of stronglifts.com/stronglifts 5x5.

I ordered a L too (golf T). The graph for sizes listed L as 42" - 44" chest, I think? Anyway, not worried, if it's a little big, I'll have a new goal! Mine should be here by March 3rd..

Looks great KIB - although you could have run an iron over it first
Still waiting for mine.

Great fit by the way! :D The t-shirt has come out really well.
I'm hoping to buy 2 of them for myself in another 6 months or so....

I'm in the same boat. By chest size I barely fit in the L category, so they're a bit big. Hopefully, I can fill them out better by the summer.

:D

Got up in the 50's here yesterday & figured a good day to wear my T to work. Looked great! Will look better once washed. Yeah, I would say take it out of the drawer. You won't be disappointed wearing it anywhere. Once I get a new Cell Service, I'll post a pic...I have the white golf T, w/ StrongLifts 5X5. Nice shirt.

Silly question, but is there any ideas on having a blank notebook (for a workout journal) like the picture being used for the ebook (the picture on the left)? When I first seen it, I thought it was actual merchandise only to be disappointed that it was just a picture. lol

Might be an idea, something hardback (and therefore durable) and with the StrongLifts.com or StrongLifts5x5 logo on it for those interested in it.

That's funny because I was doing Squats/Overhead Presses/Deadlifts today while 3 guys next to me were leaning on a Smith Machine doing bicep EZ Curls. It felt awkward.

That's actually a great idea... There could be a kg/lb conversion chart in the back. Pre-set graphs to chart BW change. Pre-printed point form checklist for vital elements of the form for each lift. Lots of possibilities.

I can't stand those smith machines. Had a couple of guys next to me doing back squats using the smith machine. Looked painful and dangerous, not quite sure why they were doing it - they had their feet together and the bar in a high position.

Finally got my T-shirt and Hoodie today. I'm well pleased, the hoodie is just what I need for working out in my garage first thing in the morning :-)

Thanks for the site Medhi and I'm glad I could show this little bit of support. I can honestly say this site has changed the way my Wife and I workout and we both feel great.

BTW It took about 3 weeks for tops to reach the UK.
