I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I can do easily enough. Anyone over 40 years of age needs to let me know their age so I can add it to the leader board.

Well done, Nilan. That weight loss put your wilks over 200.

Thanks mjh :D

Is it a good thing for the wilks score to be over 200? Can you point me to some good articles where i can read about what wilks is all about? How age affects it? What is it really? etc etc

It's better than it being under 200!

really, I don't know much about it, other than it takes differences in bodyweight into account. I just find it fun as one more way to measure progress, and another number that you can use to motivate yourself.

I hope it is understood by everybody that one should use the bodyweight as it was at the moment of setting the PR.

It is not correct to set PRs with a high BW, then lose some BW, and set this lower BW into the Wilks formula.
