I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Id like to join Team USA!

Here are my stats:
Squat: 275lbs/125kg Bench: 220lbs/100kg Deadlift: 315lbs/143kg
He's going to get better results than you. Why? Because you go through the motions of training with all the intensity of a fat guy channell surfing, and He leaves blood on the barbell.

Hi, here is an update to my stats above for the comp.

5x5 weights still the same but squatted 315lbs today for 1 rep. - new PR.

Not sure if only 5x5 weights count or 1RM but here it is.

Let me know if there is anything else you need for me to be a part of this.
Thanks
John

thanks John. 1rm or 5rm, whatever. Only rule is that you can only claim a weight you've actually lifted at least once, many here are using their 5rm or even 5x5 weights. It's all in good fun.

But I am going to be strict about needing to post in kilograms  It's part of my plan to convert you yanks over to the side of light and righteousness, where everything divides into 10.

It's not in the rules.
Why do you ask since you have a log running ?

I saw some people added their stats and they did not have training logs. I know that for the Strongest Man thread it is a requirement to have a training log. This is why I asked.

I think there is a good reason for having a training log for those who want to compete in the forum. On the other hand I don't think it's a good idea to change the rules when the competetion has already begun.
