    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Question:
Not sure when I will be able to perform a proper bench press, so the question is if floor press can be used as well.
Building my FP numbers up towards the end of the year, you see ;)

You know you don't need to update your bodyweight before you have lifted anything with that current bodyweight oggy, but you will have to update it next time you set a PR so why not. :)

updated my squat, deadlift. 2-3 more weeks of PR attempts coming up before a break, so I hope to be back here again before that's done.
