I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

sgi4950 - 125 lbs - (150 lbs + 105 lbs + 215 lbs) = 470 lbs.

Technically speaking, Sandi should get the star. She weighs 40 lbs less and still lifts the similar numbers. And more!

Total weight lifted gets the star regardless of BW - although a noble guesture for which you should be commended - you're the girl

Zizzy - Thanks for the kind gesture. You rock! I don't think I'm going to be able to keep up with your numbers you're making great progress in a short time.

Guru - Thanks for looking in on us girls.

Mouse - Maybe we can start some other competitions amongst the girls, somewhat like the guys have. Your thoughts?

Nothing for me either. I had a mere one lb increase but it wasn't worth posting. :( I've deloaded when starting Madcow so it might be a while for me too.

Maybe this would be a good time to start some other challenges. Mehdi had suggested something similar to what the guys are doing , 1.5xBW Squat, 2xBW D/L, 1xBW OHP or anything else that we could think of for that matter. I’m game if anyone else is.
