I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I'm keeping up with mine zizz but I don't know how we could track them in a challenge since everyone that I've read that is doing them is doing them with different set counts/reps/weight. How do you think we could track?

Another thought, I was thinking something goal oriented as opposed to so much of a "contest" between us. With most of us being different body weights and at differrent phases of training, if we used some type of percentage, similar to what the guys are doing, we would be challenging ourselves to get to 100% of the goal. Just another thought.

Thanks Guru! Here's an update. I figure I should enjoy the PR's while I'm getting them as I think they are about to slow to a snails pace. Some day if I get brave I'm going to check my 1RM's...but not in the near future.

Great job Sandi!

I guess it's time to update. I also updated the link so it reflects my current training log.

Can I use box squat numbers or does it have to be back squat?

Thanks PG. If I could get my squats even close to yours I would be very happy with that progress! :)
