I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Stronglifts T-Shirts

Postby aramirez626 on Mon Nov 02, 2009 9:53 pm

As an SL beginner, when would I earn the right to wear an SL T-shirt? I dont want to wear it and then run into an SL member, exchange names, find out he squats 3x body weight, and then have to tell him that I squat the bar...

StrongLifts.com philosophy is not to care about what other people think + not being judgemental. An SL member who lifts more weight than you, knows that everyone had to start somewhere. it's the mindset that matters, not the numbers.

If you run into a SL member, he/she won't criticize you for squatting just the bar. But all bets are off if you don't hit good depth on your squat. :D
