Hi everyone, ive been doing 5x5 for about 4 weeks now and since i didn't have access to a power rack, ive been doing front squats and have even reached 1.25 x my bw, but now that i have access to a power rack should i switch to back squats or....
A) keep doing front squats until i stall then switch
B) just keep with front squats
C) alternate front and back squats?
D) go straight to back squats,if so is it a straight transition or should i start with a smaller weight?
