    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

im going to do the tuesday thursday thingy.cause i have an appointement wednesday.
hope the extra rest will do good to my ankle. its kinda injured :S

PR DAY BABY!! had still aches in my calve but I push from my heels anyways so just did it:

SQUAT: 110 KG 5x5
BENCH PRESS: 77,5 KG 5x5
BENT OVER ROWS: 62,5 KG 5x5
DIPS: 10 KG 8,8,7 (between legs)

next workout is probably going to be saturday because of christmas :(

Finally another update:

Squat: 112,5 KG: 4,4,2 then stopped because of right calve. Will do 5x5 on monday. I got the "damn this is a lot of weight" - fear also :lol:
Bench Press: 80 KG: 5x5 !! PR !! a nice number
BOR: 65 KG: 5x5 !! PR !!
DIPS: 15 KG: 8 reps
20 KG: 5,4 reps Man I love the belt and the faces I get from people when using it :D

Squat: 110 KG 5x5
OH PRESS: 52.5 KG
DEADLIFT: 1x 150 kilo 1x 145 don't ask me why
PUll ups weighted: 15 kilo's 4,3,3

Here's yesterday's workout:

Squat: 115 KG 5x5 (felt really strong this time) nice progress after the 112,5 kg fail :) !!!PR!!!
OH Press: 55 KG 5,5,5,3,4 (heavy bitch!!) !!!PR!!!
Deadlift: 145 KG 1x5 (no straps! haha sorry, I use straps most of the time ;)) PR? im confused about this one
Chin Ups: 20 KG 5,4,4 PR I guess

I feel my abs from the OH PRESS!! haha

next workout is tomorrow :)

Today's workout went fine.
I had muscle soreness over my whole body except for my chest but I made progress anyway. happy with it :)

It went like this:

Squat: 117.5 KG 5x5
Bench Press: 82.5 KG 5,5,4,3,6 (a random guy spotted me on this one and helped a bit too much :S)
BOR: 67.5 KG 5x5
Dips: 20 KG 8,6,5

Today was an average day:

Squat: 122,5 KG: 5x5 2,5 kg up as always
Bench Press: 82,5 KG: 5,5,3,3,3 goddammit!!! seriously, i dont wanna stall on this right now.
BOR: 70 KG: 5x5 little bit of movement in my legs but i really flexed my lats good
Dips: 25 KG: 6,5,4 I like 'm :) not that any of you care

I'm happy that I nailed the OH Press. I think I can do better friday because I have had little sleep last two days.
I felt like shit btw today.

Squat: 125 KG: 5,3,3 said fuck it
OH Press: 55 KG: 5x5
Deadlift: 150 KG 1x4 :(
Chin ups: 15 KG: 7,5,4 superset
Close Grip presses: 70 KG: 10,8,6 :)

felt strong on the close grip and OH press but weak on squats and deadlift

will continue doing handstand pushups on off days, helps build strength in shoulders and triceps fast :)

I'm thinking of switching to a mass building routine for 2 months or so.
I have build up a nice base of strength right now.
I can lift more than most gym rats on the big 3 in our gym :).
So I'm thinking on building some mass as I certainly don't look like I can deadlift 150 kgs right now like them.

Also, I'm dying to do some dumbbell work. sorry guys.
I'm just overthinking this. If I get bored with the mass building I will ofcourse switch back to 5x5 ;)

I learned a lot about my body with stronglifts I'm curious how It would reflect on a mass building program.

I'm thinking of doing the Back/biceps/forearms, Legs/abs and chest/shoulders/triceps split.
Which has worked great for building mass/strength for me before.
It also has the squat and deadlift and farmers walk in it ;) it focuses on doing 5-7 sets for major muscles and 2-3 for minor muscles.
