I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I hit 100kg last week. Im very happy, but the workouts are hard...
Stats:
Bench: 97kg
Squat: 112kg
Deadlift: 117kg
OHP: 55kg
Dips: 40kg
Pull-ups: 22kg

The deadlift is not dead; size is dead without it.

It doesn't get easier ;)
Make sure sleep and nutrition are as they should be.
Especially sleep can make a ton of a difference (personal experience).
I prefer to be called 'H' ;)

I agree 100% with H.
I had a late night without enough sleep recently, and lifting the day after was HELL.

I can finally say I am worthy of your club :D

100kg for 5x5 today. Along with a PR of 80kg 5x5 for bench and 40kg 5x5 for barbell row (just started these recently, so it's not really a huge PR). Looking at 1.25xBW (107.5kg) for the next big PR!

finally, I have joined this esteemed association (when do I get the t-shirt?). Best thing is that I have more progress to make yet. Amazing what happens when you start actually eating, huh?
