Been doing stronglifts for about four months now..Extremely happy with the results.I notied the"bear"cardio routine.I have been doing stronglifts during the day and coming back and doing cardio at night.The bear looks a lot more fun than doing regular cardio.I was curious..So we can do the bear for cardio while doing stronglifts?And if thats the case its ok to add weight to the bear routine assuming that the bear starts with the bar,it didnt say..So I would be doing stronglifts during morning,than wanted to come back and do the bear at night..Im assuming the article about the bear was already taking in consideration that your already doing stronglifts as well..Am I correct?
