    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hey Young Athlete
Am I supposed to post my progress on my squat here? sorry having trouble figuring out WHERE??? I have it posted on mine but wasnt sure if it should go here too?
I was at 95# on Monday for my squat so I am gearing up for my 100# on Thursday. I was hopeing the flags would be waving and that applause would be thunderous.
This will be quite an accomplishment for me for just over 2 months of lifting the 5x5.

Here's a challenge:
 
 
Realize how embarassing it is to have been following a FOOLPROOF plan, only to eff it up by doing the exact opposite just because there wasn't a gym with a squat rack.
Stop being a lazy fatass.
DO NOT dedicate to weight lifting/strength-training/body building, but integrate it as an absolutely essential part of life.
Live in a country where 85% of the food is carbohydrate-laden, and convenience reigns supreme over all.
Try to go to school and a part time job, and study for exams all year long so you can get into another school.
 
 
 
And stick to it.
The last one's a killer.
