Here's a challenge:
Realize how embarassing it is to have been following a FOOLPROOF plan, only to eff it up by doing the exact opposite just because there wasn't a gym with a squat rack.
Stop being a lazy fatass.
DO NOT dedicate to weight lifting/strength-training/body building, but integrate it as an absolutely essential part of life.
Live in a country where 85% of the food is carbohydrate-laden, and convenience reigns supreme over all.
Try to go to school and a part time job, and study for exams all year long so you can get into another school.
And stick to it.
The last one's a killer.
