Bench - 1 x 115kg / 250 Ib (1.2xBW)
Deadlift - 1 x 155kg / 340 Ib (1.6xBW)
I'm quite happy - not bad for a fat bloke (95kg @ 30% -ish BF) with a dodgy leg
