I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

2 PRs for me today, and I've thrown in my deadlift PR from a couple of weeks ago :)

Squat - 1 x 145kg / 320 Ib (1.5xBW)
Bench - 1 x 115kg / 250 Ib (1.2xBW)
Deadlift - 1 x 155kg / 340 Ib (1.6xBW)

I'm quite happy - not bad for a fat bloke (95kg @ 30% -ish BF) with a dodgy leg  My shoulders are lagging behind, so I really need to bring my OHP back up again, as I doubt I could hit 55kg for 1 at the moment :(

After a couple of months working my way back up after fixing my form and letting my knees recovering I'm finally into my P/R's again. I hit 290 on the Squat and 330 on my deadlift.

I know the weight won't be impressive to many of you, but after 2/3 weeks of not training over xmas I got back into the gym and pushed out 3 reps of 60kg (BW) on the bench - finally!
