I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hear are some from last week:

Deadlift 1x3 147.5kg
Box squat (2" below parallel box) 1x3 100kg
Flat bench 1x2 80kg
Incline bench 1x3 75kg

Unfortunately had to take today off because of a cold, but hopefully will be able to go tomorrow instead. Congrats on the forum Mehdi, it is starting to take off :-)

Nice front squats, I enjoy them more than back squats :)
10x80 power cleans :o, i should start doing these too, I'm just too lazy to learn good form. I only clean 1x when OH press
Friday I go for 1x97.5 full back squat PR
