    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. ok so I just voluntarily deloaded the OHP from 65kg to 52kg because I was beginning to pushpress more than I would like. If we can count pushpressing the OHP 5x5, I bet I can get it in the next month. Maybe i'll reload just to see... I can definitely get it 3x5... Definitely.

Check my log if you want to see recent progress and deload today. Count me in. It's on like Donkey Kong!

You are not allowed here to push press at all: knees and hips should be locked at the biginning of the lift, and only a small amount of leaning back is allowed - armpits should not be farther away than the vertical line comeing through the glutes.

Well that's good then. I could have done it but holy heck it would have been a pushfest!

Please put me in the contest though. I am at 115lbs/52kg currently with correct form.

I did 49.9 kg (110 lb) for 5x5 yesterday

granted I just started the SL5x5 program this past tuesday.

hope to be at the 70kg mark by October 9th!!

Can't believe it, after having a bad cold for the last few days and missing the gym. I nail 57.5kg 5x5!!!

Watch out! I have pressed 180LBS x3 before!
-but that was exactly 25 years ago. LOL. I guess I am supposed to cut and paste my standing in? But i'll wait until I get to 40kg (I'm at 35, now).

Only thing: please don't use me as a case study in "yearly rate at which muscle atrophies, and time it takes to get it back". LOL.
