I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Okay, updated everybody, and removed myself, Vlad, thun, herf, sarge & arehb. Vlad & myself because we are not pressing a single weight for 3x5 anymore and others because they have not updated either here or their logs in ages.

Everybody please check your respective numbers & report if in error.

Also, henceforth please quote the first post & update your stats. (similar to the Strongest Man thread)

My 61.3 kg was for 5x5 since I am on the SL5x5 program btw. I hope this pace continues. I have done 3x6 with 135lbs before, but it was more a push press than an OHP. My shoulders are sore this morning. I really like this challenge and this program. Thanks to all who made both possible. Stay Strong.

I managed 5,5,5,4,5 this morning at 42.5kg and it was tough! I have two OHP sessions next week Monday and Firday which all going well should get me to 47.5kg. Think I will have to attempt these in the evening rather than morning, I am definately lacking that extra 5% - 10% at 6:30am

I reckon my first stall on teh SL 5 x 5 programme will be on OHP and 70kg looks a long way of from where I am now.

updated myself. i'm still climbing but its getting tougher by the workout. I hope i dont stall in the next couple of workouts since i am so close to the 70kg mark .

here's a question, the first post says pr for 3x5. I am doing 5x5. if i failed on the last 2 sets of 70 kg, would the first 3 sets still count?

If that's the case, put me up to 60kg.

Did 4x5 last week. I'm going to stick to this weight though, until I've 5x5ed it.
