However, 1st and 4th set were slow and definite deterioration of form on the 4th and 5th reps in both. However, the 5th set was much easier, probably because I spent the 3min rest pacing round the rack muttering, "The bar is light... the bitch is going up 5 times... the bar is light... the bitch is going up 5 times... "
My tip (from Rip's DVD) - practice breathing out and then in at the top of the rep, the same as you would on the BP when you breath at lock out.
BTW, I'll be repeating the weight next workout (and probably the one after that), so plenty of time for others to catch up!
