I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Ha, my girlfriend called me "torn boxer boy", because I'm wearing one of my torn boxers today. They are all torn!

Not sure whether it counts, as I wasn't squatting at the time, but yesterday climbing into a cab after a work meeting I ripped a pair of suit trousers - right from the crotch to the waistband. They were my biggest pair :(

Ripped a pair of jeans on work, setting(squatting) down three boxes of beer. From the crotch and down the leg... don't know if that counts. ;)

Wow, a tear along the cheek, they usually tear down the seam. Nice one. Did you finish the set?

I put my pride apart and finish all the workouts (trying to hide from people :D )

The only exercise I skipped, was the reserved crunches, for obvious reasons :P

Two pairs of regular cotton boxers. One pair of kickass Metallica boxers--I might have cried.

Ever since I always wear boxer briefs for lifting and haven't had a problem.

Due to logistical circumstances I had no choice but to wear regular cotton boxers during my lift this morning. Despite my headphones, I heard a loud rip on the first squat rep.
