I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Olexsandr Kutchers back.

I never knew that lats could even grow so much in a way that they would actually hang backwards.

That back is beautiful haha... Of course, theres a good bit of fat on there which could make the back so much better if it were to be dropped. Jason Statham has a really beautiful back too haha =]

I've never seen this kind of thickness before on a bodybuilder.

Looks like he's squeezing his shoulder blades a bit, that'll make his upper back bulge out a bit more.

Take a look at Ronnie Coleman, Dorian Yates and Kai Greene. Those are some bodybuilders with amazing backs. They all built them using the exercises in SL like deadlifts and barbell rows too.
There is no skin underneath Chuck Vogelpohl's beard. Only more bands, chains and monolifts.
Goals: @75kg BW. 150kg squat, 100kg bench and 170kg deadlift.
