I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I like that 6rep on the last Squat set to make up for the missed rep in the 3rd set Mouse, good attitude.
Did you use a mixed grip on deadlifts?

Standard grip for reps 1/4/5, mixed grip reps 2/3. (Left hand under on rep 2 aggrevated my arm where I mentioned in the main workout post)
Any reason why you ask?
Think the bar is a bit low which is why i'm struggling to crack it off the floor. May look into acquiring some bricks or wood to lift it slightly.

struggled to crack the bar off the floor
I had the same thing yesterday, on the warmup, couldn't get 120kg of the floor, used a mixed grip, there it went. Then did 3x3 135kg. if the hands can't hold it, the body can't pull it.
Check how the arm thing goes during the next day. See if you feel something in shoulder/elbow or so.

Friday:
Squat 112.5kg 5 / 5 / 4 / 3 / 2
Press 42.5kg 5 / 5 / 5 / 4 / 2
Row 42.5kg 5x5
Chin Ups  4 / 2 / 2
TGU 10kg 3x5 L / 3x5 R

Squats - tough, just very tough.
Press - 3rd stall on these. Left arm was in agony.  Aggrevated by cleaning the weight from the floor - this leads me to think I pulled something when practicing Power Cleans.  Felt like someone was stabbing me in the arm.
Rows - Seem to be getting on better with these.
Chins - dropped reps from last time.  Arms didn't seem to have anything left!!
TGUs - weight increase - these are hard but so much fun!

Disappointed overall with this workout.

Heading down to London next week on a training course for work so will be away from my weights.
Was considering looking out for a gym to visit to train, but after last night's effort, especially with the arm, it may pay me dividends to take a break and rest up with a deload on my return for week 9.
Think i'll stick to:
Leg swings
Birddogs
Supermans
Cats/Camels
Bridges
Shoulder Dislocations
Body squats
TGUs
May even throw in a few sets of pressups!
(I'll have to do something as it's photo night next Friday    )

Ah finally stalling on the squats.
Take a week off why not, 2 workouts of 3x3 with the same weight is only a solution (easier to get back into it the week after).

So you think next week off then week 9 - 2 workouts same weight as my last session but only 3x3 ?

No next week 2 workouts 3x3 (no dips/pull-up/chin-ups, tgu). If you can of course. Else stick to dynamic stuff, back to 5x5 the week after.

I had to go back and see when you started. Looks like you started a wekk before I did and you are at a 112.5kg squat. That's pretty good.
I made some larger increases given my past history and current performance but am still only at 85 kg squat. I could do 5x5 with 100kg right now with not much of a problem but I would likely end up stalling 2-3 weeks later. So, I am trying not to be greedy.

You'll soon enough be pushing 100kgs looking at how you've progressed.
