I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Have arranged for them to be collected, but the courier failed to turn up yesterday so they're still hanging around like a bad smell.

Cheers Mack, all Press of some description.
Hoping to stay on 5/3/1 for at least the next 12 months, maybe with another Korte run or two interspersed.

Must be some kind of deadlift assistance exercise that has to be done on laminate flooring...

Nice work Mouse, i see the 5/3/1 training is pretty popular, hows it working for you? And a question: i just started doing Hand Cleans instead of Barbell rows, should i stick with 5 x 5? I only ask because being an explosive movement 5 sets of 5 take a lot out of me, maybe 3 x 5?
