Mouse:Remember although it's 1x5, you have your warmup sets too. Feel free to try the 5x5 if you want to. Failure is a good teacher

What with the talk of 5x5 deads, I dropped to 3x5 tonight.
Planning on 3x5 for next week, then 2x5 for week 5 and 1x5 for week 6 and beyond as the squats increase!!!
Short term goal for week 6 deads - 1x5 @115kg (think that will be a Friday session)
