So 3x5, but do I keep the weight in the same hand for all 3 sets, or do I swap the weight ?
Victor, I mean same weight, but alternate hands:
Set 1 - hold weight with right hand x 5 reps
Set 2 - hold same weight with left hand x 5 reps
Set3 - hold same weight with right hand x 5 reps
